Raffle Rules
Official raffle rules
All ticket sales are final.
Buyers must be at least 18 to purchase tickets or claim prizes.
Tickets are $10 each. There are no discounts for multiple tickets. A maximum of 600 tickets will be sold.
The ticket purchaser is responsible for completing the contact information on the ticket.
At the purchaser's discretion, they may physically deposit the entry ticket in the raffle drum or designate a representative.
For advance sales, authorized Thunderbird Amateur Radio Club representatives may complete the ticket(s) by filling in the purchaser information.
All tickets must be in the raffle drum 15 minutes before the posted drawing time.
No tickets can be deposited in the raffle drum after the drawings have begun.
Purchased tickets which are not in the raffle drum are non-refundable.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold except by the sponsor organization. Tickets with folds, wrinkles, tears or other deformation may be invalid and will be voided if drawn.
Any alteration of the ticket voids the ticket.
Tickets may not be purchased outside of the state of Arizona.
The raffle drawing will be on Saturday, January 23, 2027, at the hamfest, at 11:30 AM.
Ticket sales close at the drawing on Saturday, January 23, 2027.
Winners do not need to be present to win.
Prizes will be drawn in reverse order (third prize first).
Winners must pick up their prize in person within 30 days of the drawing.
Violating posted raffle rules will void the buyer's tickets and/or disqualify the participant.
Corporations and businesses may not participate in the raffle.
Disputes and sanctions are at the discretion of the sponsor organization, and their decisions are final.
Thunderbird Amateur Radio Club's liability is limited to the ticket price.
Due to postal regulations, raffle ticket stubs cannot be mailed or returned. Physical tickets can be picked up the day of the hamfest at the Thunderbird Amateur Radio Club table.
